To repair the swinging chandelier of the church in The Genesis Order, you need to craft a Rigging Cable. You can find the crafting recipe for it at the entrance inside the church. The recipe is a bit elevated, so you need the Jump Shoes to reach it.
To craft the Rigging Cable in The Genesis Order you will need 2 Cable Crimps, a Fishing Thimble, and the Shredded Cable.
The Shredded Cable is easy to find. It's in the attic of the church, right next to the other cables. The Fishing Thimble can be found at the end of the dock.
To find the Cable Clamps, you need the Metal Detector, which you can buy in the store. The first Cable Crimp can be found on the ground near Ray's Farm. The second Cable Crimp is on the floor in front of the Warehouse.
After crafting the Rigging Cable, the broken cable in the attic of the church can be repaired with it.
