Horny Tales is a 2d role-playing game with beautiful pixel graphics and a classic storyline. CrankyBiscuit, the developer of the game, released a first version of the game a few days ago. The game is still in the early stages, but I played it right away.

Story
The story is about an evil sorceress who opened a gate through which evil creatures enter. No one could stop her until one day our hero thought to himself, "Maybe I can do it?"
You don't notice much of the story in this version of the game yet. Our only mission so far is to rescue the neighbor's daughter from the goblins in the forest.
Gameplay
The gameplay is what you would expect from a 2D role-playing game. The game is designed in a nice 2d pixel style - everything fits together well. There are also drawn interactive scenes (only one at the moment).
You can choose to fight with a sword, bow, or arcane wand. During the fight, our enemies spawn from all directions and we have to move and attack skillfully. Killed enemies sometimes drop experience points, which we can use to level up in battle. With each level up, we can choose an improvement.
My Opinion on Horny Tales
The game looks very promising. The graphics are pleasant and the battles are fun.
Unfortunately, the weapons in combat are not yet balanced. While it is very easy to fight the enemies with the Arcane Wand, it is much more difficult with the sword or bow.
I can't say much more about the current state of the game yet. However, I am happy to report on further updates.
